Proprietary evaluator
Score a proposal against three public, reproducible sample criteria.
Ask within the boundary.
Use the declared input, choose permitted fields, and inspect the recorded answer.
Individual criterion matches are not inferred from an aggregate score.
Requested fields onlyThe source remains inside. The answer crosses only after its checks.
Run a request to inspect its result.
Your answer and its record will appear together.Use the answer. Keep the source.
Score whether a proposal states a goal, a metric and a deadline.
What this Cell defines
A Cell is a revocable execution boundary. Its Manifest describes the accepted input, allowed result fields, withheld information, request lifetime and cumulative disclosure limit.
How it works
Award one point each for an explicit goal (goal/objective/aim), a measurable metric (metric/measure/percent/%), and a deadline (deadline/by YYYY-MM-DD). score is always an integer from zero to three. scoreBand is criteria-mostly-met for scores of two or three, otherwise criteria-incomplete. When precision is limited, only a declared and requested scoreBand may replace the withheld exact score.
